Emmanuel Baptist has an active group of adults, varying in age and interests. Each class is unique and has activities suited to their interest, from dinners to class trips to Myrtle Beach. Each class is also involved in one or more service projects per year. The following is a list of adult classes at Emmanuel:
Abundant Life Class — meets Sundays at 9:45 a.m. in room 202-203 – Age 35 and up. Teacher Ed Gaunch.
Jim Davis — meets Sundays at 9:45 a.m. in room 204 – approximate age 35-55. Teacher, Mark Miller.
Open Door Class – meets Sundays at 9:45 a.m. – college age to young adults. Teacher Jason G. Lutz.
Women’s Small Group – meets Sunday nights at 6:00 at Debbie Shadowen’s house- All adult women are welcome. Teacher Debbie Shadowen.
Men’s small Group – Men of the Word. Meet in the Ministry Center Gathering Area on the first Saturday morning of each month at 9:00 a.m. for breakfast and Bible Study. All men are welcome! Come at 8:00 a.m. if you would like to help cook! The group leader is Jason Lutz.
